In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to the respondents to recognize and finalize the membership of the petitioner as per law.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly submits that there is a remedy available to the petitioner under Section 8-A of the Haryana Co-operative Societies Act, 1984, as such wants to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach respondent No.2/competent authority.
