(ORAL) The petitioners are aggrieved by action of private respondent Nos. 4 to 6, who have set up a ply board factory in the village. It is contended that they are running the factory illegally and without having proper clearances from the Pollution Control Board. In the facts and circumstances it is desirable that the petitioners may approach the appropriate authority, i.e. respondent No. 3 - Regional Officer, Pollution Control Board, Jagadhri, Yamuna Nagar, making the complaint. Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition by providing that in case the petitioners may raise their grievance by making an appropriate complaint before respondent No. 3 and in case any such complaint is made, respondent No. 3 shall proceed to consider and PRASHANT KAPOOR 2018.08.24 18:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
