**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioners before this Court is that she is working continuously on the sanctioned post of MPHW (F) since 09.01.2014 and has worked up to the satisfaction of higher officers. The petitioner is the only contractual employee working on the post of MPHW (F) in the office of respondent No. 2. But now she has been relieved from service inspite of posts laying vacant.

Learned counsel submits that the post of MPHW is State Cadre post and even appointment of the petitioner was made by Governor of Haryana. Learned counsel has further informed the Court that there are 14 vacant posts of MPHW and petitioner can be appointed. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Addl.A.G, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. In view of the above factual position, this petition, at this stage is being disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by giving a direction to respondents to treat this petition as representation of the petitioner and consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on a vacant post.
