Learned State counsel on instructions received from Sh. Mukhwinder Singh Bhullar, PPS, Sr. Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar (Rural), submits that the petitioner is not required in FIR No.52, dated 09.09.2023 registered under Sections 406, 420, 498A, 120B IPC at Police Station Begowal, District Kapurthala.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
