(Oral) In view of Para 5 of the affidavit filed by the Principal Secretary to Government of Haryana, Urban Local Bodies, it is stated that the promotion of the petitioner issued vide letter dated 22.05.2015, will remain unchanged, meaning thereby, the promotion of the petitioner as an Executive Engineer will continue w.e.f. 28.02.2014 vide order dated 17.11.2021.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
