(ORAL) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner in public interest seeking a direction to the respondent-authorities to implement the provision of passing of vehicles free of cost i.e. without payment of toll fee after three minutes of waiting time in queue at toll plazas. With the efflux of time, the writ petition has lost its efficacy and is accordingly disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner, if so advised or required, to approach the respondent-authorities for mitigation of any grievance that may arise in future.
