1. This is a case where the Power of Attorney Holder has preferred this writ petition.
2. From the perusal of the general power of attorney filed along with the writ petition, this Court found that the same was given by the petitioner to the POA Gurchet Singh with regard to handling the properties of the petitioner, and was not authorizing him to file any case before any Court in relation to service matters or with respect to claim relating to order dated 30.05.2023.
3. In view of above, the concerned power of attorney holder was summoned before this Court who states that the writ petition was filed unknowingly and under a wrong impression as advised by his local counsel. He submits an unconditional apology.
