Mr. Sandeep Thakan, Advocate, for the petitioners.
G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The petitioners, who are 14 in number, seek benefit of regularization w.e.f. 01.04.2011 on the ground that juniors and other similarly situated persons had been regularized. Counsel for the petitioners has referred to the details of the appointment of the petitioners (Annexure P-1) to show that they had joined between 01.04.1989 to 01.03.2003 in various schools. It is the case of the petitioners that vide order dated 18.07.2017 (Annexure P-6), the employees have been regularized w.e.f. 01.04.2011 and reference is made to their dates of joining which, in several cases, are after the petitioners. Reference is made to order dated 14.08.2014 (Annexure P-4) to show that petitioner no. 8 was regularized from a later date.
Counsel submits that on an earlier occasion, the petitioners had approached this Court in CWP No. 17850 of 2017, which was not pressed on 11.08.2017 (Annexure P-8) on account of want of particulars. The necessary particulars have now been appended and, therefore, he submits that the legal notice now stands served on Shivani Gupta 2017.10.

Notice of motion.
Ms. Shruti Jain Goyal, AAG Haryana accepts notice. Copy of the writ petition has been supplied to her.
Keeping in view the above, this Court is of the opinion that no useful purpose would be served to ask the respondents to file reply as the decision making process is still pending.

In case any adverse order is to be passed, a reasoned order be passed and conveyed to the petitioners.
