Prayer in this writ petition is for directing the official respondents to decide representation dated 02.08.2017 (Annexure P1) filed by the petitioner against respondent No.3 for raising illegal construction and for violating the terms and conditions of Change of Land Use (CLU) granted to respondent No.3company on 20.03.2006. CWP No.22735 of 2017 [2] As per the short reply filed by way of affidavit dated 13.09.2018 by Ms.Jiwan Jot Kaur, Regional Deputy Director, Local Government, Patiala, it is stated that the said representation has since been decided by the competent authority by passing a speaking order on 07.09.2018 attached as Annexure R1/3 alongwith the short reply dated 13.09.2018 filed on behalf of respondent No.1. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as above, no further orders are called for in this writ petition. The same is disposed of accordingly. Needless to say, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge order dated 07.09.2018 in accordance with law.
