(Oral) The present petition is for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and promote the petitioners to the post of Head Master w.e.f the date from which several juniors including respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have been promoted vide order dated 06.10.2017 passed by Government Haryana School Education Department, Chandigarh (P-3) vide which promotion given w.e.f 10.02.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset states that similar petition i.e CWP No. 16905-2018 has come up for consideration before this Court and this Court vide order dated 13.07.2018 dispose of the petition by giving a direction to the Director, School Education to look into the legal notice dated 01.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter in issue is squarely covered by an order and judgment dated 13.07.2018 (Annexure P-7), rendered by this Court in CWP No. 16905 of 2018 (Dharampal V. Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Additional A.G. Haryana, present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Copies furnished. The factual position, as set out above, is not disputed by the learned State counsel, who rather fairly submits that the matter at hands is, indeed, required to be disposed of in terms of the decision of this Court, referred to above. That being so, the petition is disposed of, in terms of the decision of this Court in Dharampal (supra). Respondent No. 2 will consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 03.07.2018 (P-6) in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
