-2- *** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) By this common order, above-mentioned three Civil Writ Petitions are being disposed of in the light of common question of law and facts involved. For the sake of convenience, the facts are being extracted from CWP No.22738-2017 titled 'Jaswant Singh and others Vs. Punjab State Power Corporation Limited and others.' In these writ petitions, the claim of the petitioners is that they are entitled for promotional increment after a service of 23 years in view of the circular dated 23.04.1990.

Counsel for the petitioners states that respondent Corporation had passed the resolutions on 21.08.2018 and 01.10.2018, by which the modifications were done in respect of the eligibility for the grant of the said promotional increment after a period of 23 years and in view of the said amendment, the petitioners' cases are squarely covered for the grant of said relief.

Counsel for the petitioners further states that a bunch of writ petition was disposed of by this Court being CWP No.1013 of 2017 and other connected cases on 29.11.2018 directing the respondent Corporation to take an appropriate decision in respect of the employees, who are claiming promotional increment after rendering 23 years of service. He further states that the petitioners will be satisfied in case the present writ petitions are disposed of in terms of order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.1013 of 2017 alongwith connected cases, decided on 29.11.2018.

-3Counsel for the respondents-State states that they have no objection in case the present writ petitions are disposed of in the same terms as CWP No.1013 of 2017 and other connected cases, as requested by the counsel for the petitioners.

Keeping in view the above facts, as there is an agreement that the present writ petitions can be disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in CWP No.1013 of 2017 and other connected cases, decided on 29.11.2018, the present writ petitions are disposed of in the terms of the said order as requested.
