The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 25.03.2026 passed by this Court in CRWP-3481-2026. 2.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Ravneet Singh Joshi, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. 4.

In compliance of the above referred to order, learned State counsel has placed on record speaking order dated 22.04.2026. The same is taken on record. Learned State counsel shall supply copy of speaking order dated 22.04.2026 to learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place.

A perusal of above referred to speaking order dated 22.04.2026 shows that order dated 25.03.2026 passed by this Court in CRWP-3481-2026 has been duly complied with.
