It has been stated in the written statement filed today that the encroachment from the gali falling in Khasra No.144 Min has been removed and the possession thereof has been handed over to the Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Manoharpour, Tehsil and District Jind on 12.03.2018. Keeping in view the aforesaid stand taken by respondent No.3 in the written statement filed today, the prayer made in the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
