(Oral) Learned counsel for the State fairly states that in view of the nature of information sought by the petitioner, it would be appropriate to direct the petitioner to approach the Director, Health Services, Punjab, who would be competent to provide the information which are yet to be supplied to the petitioner.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner also fairly states that he has no objection to the proposal made by the learned counsel for the State and the petitioner will approach the Director, Health Services, Punjab, seeking remaining information. CWP No. 4623 of 2013 (O&M) to the petitioner to approach the Director, Health Services, Punjab, within a period of four weeks from today. The Director, Health Services, Punjab is also directed that as and when the petitioner approaches him by way of an appropriate application under the Right to Information Act, 2005, he shall consider and decide the same, at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law.

It goes without saying that if any particular information is found not relating to the office of Director, Health Services, Punjab, the SPIO would be duty bound to intimate the petitioner, forwarding his application to the concerned department.
