Mr. Avinit Avasthi, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab. * * * * RAVI SHANKER JHA, C.J. (ORAL) The only prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent-authorities to consider and decide the petitioner's representation for issuance of No objection Certificate (NOC) for participating in the NEET-PG Course 2022 in terms of the order dated 23.11.2021 passed by this Court in CWP-22822-2021 titled as Dr. Narinder Singh and others Vs State of Punjab and others as well as other two connected writ petitions, wherein the State of Punjab had undertaken to re-consider the cases by granting benefit of services rendered in 'C' and 'D' categories in terms of the earlier policy dated 18.04.2013 and make the subsequent policy dated 26.11.2020 operative from that date. Mr.

In view of the aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the statement of learned State counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms thereof.
