(Oral) This petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to transfer investigation of FIR No.31 dated 18.02.2026 under Section 318(4) of BNS, registered at Police Station Salem Tabri, District Ludhiana. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner argues that petitioner was already in deal with respondent No.5-Mayank Jain and had been purchasing the clothes/garments from respondent No.5. The online payment had also been made. A false complaint was made by respondent No.5 and on that account, impugned FIR has been registered against the petitioner. Counsel contends that despite making online payment, investigation is not being conducted in fair manner.

At this stage, when investigation is already going on in regard to the money dispute, this Court is not expected to cause any interference in the investigation at this stage. Moreover, the petitioner has alternative remedy under the law and he is always free to avail the same. 4.
