Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the application form of the petitioner for the post of Assistant Master (Hindi) Regular submitted in December 2015.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 has submitted that the form submitted by the petitioner in December 2015 will be considered for appointment for the post of Assistant Master (Hindi) Regular.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for respondent No. 2, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
