Present appeal pertains to the year 2011. Vide order dated 16.04.2024 notice was issued to the appellant. As per office report, the appellant is stated to have left the address after selling the house No other address of the appellant is available except for the one as mentioned in the memo of parties as well as in the award passed by the Tribunal. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant also states that he has no instructions in the matter.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.
Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
