Petitioner has sought a direction to the respondents to release the payment due to it in view of work orders carried out by it. At the outset it is submitted on behalf of counsel that a payment of Rs. 3.00 lacs has been released to the petitioner as directed by this court vide order dated 07.03.2017.

Learned State counsel submits that matter shall be looked into by the respondents and steps shall be taken in order to ensure that balance payment is released to the petitioner at the earliest, in any case not later than three months.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
