(Oral) This petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of direction to the official respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation in case FIR No.476 dated 09.10.2025 under Sections 120-B, 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, registered at Police Station Krishna Gate, Thanesar, District Kurukshetra. 2.

FIR in question was registered on 09.10.2025 and investigation is still going on. Even anticipatory bail petition filed by one of the accused Ravi Kumar was dismissed few days back by this Court, vide order dated 22.05.2026 (Annexure P-5). Thus, no ground is made out calling for any interference by this Court in the investigation in any manner at this stage. 3.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
