It is submitted that petitioner retired on 30.04.2015 from the post of Junior Engineer. Despite sanction afforded towards his retiral benefits, same are not being released. Legal notice dated 02.11.2015, Annexure P4 has also been served upon the respondents but to no avail. At this stage, it is prayed that respondents be directed to decide legal notice dated 02.11.2015 Annexure P4, served upon them by the petitioner in a time bound manner. CWP No.27326 of 2015 [2] writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to expeditiously decide legal notice dated 02.11.2015 Annexure P4, by passing a speaking order, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
