**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel on instructions submits that the previous order dated 05.04.2022 has not been complied with and he seeks dismissal of the petition on this ground alone.

Since, on the one hand, the petitioner seeks bail and on the other hand he is flouting the order of this Court, as such, he is not entitled to bail at this stage and the present petition is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved to file a fresh petition, in case, fresh petition is filed dismissal of present petition shall not come in the way. All interim protections are recalled.
