9$: $$% The aforementioned review petitions are being taken up together as the issues involved therein are common. 2.
These review applications have been filed by the State seeking review of the orders dated 17.12.2020. 3.
Despite repeated opportunities granted earlier no reply has been filed to the review applications.

For the reasons stated in review applications, the orders dated 17.12.2020 are recalled as the same have been passed on the erroneous understanding that the Division Bench while deciding LPA No.1332 of 2019, titled as State of Haryana and another vs. Shankar and others, had also considered the case of Group 'C' employees, whereas, it was related to Group 'D' employees whose cases were decided therein. Based on the said misunderstanding, the writ petitions wherein the orders were passed, which are sought to be

In the premise, the orders dated 17.12.2020 are recalled. Writ petitions are restored to their original number. 6.
To come up for hearing on 25.04.2022.

Since the review applications have been decided, the pending civil miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
