Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the respondents to regularize his services.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that for regularization of services of daily rated/work charge workers, policy Annexure R-3 has been framed. Petitioner has not approached the respondents for consideration of his case for regularization of his services in terms of Annexure R-3. Learned counsel has further submitted that as and when exigency arises, seasonal workers including the petitioner would be called by the respondents as per their seniority.

Accordingly, without adverting to the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction that in case petitioner GURPREET SINGH 2016.02.29 15:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

Civil Writ Petition No. 4664 of 2013 (O&M) -2approaches respondent No.1 by way of representation for consideration of his case for regularization of his services in terms of Annexure R-3 within 15 days from today, then respondent No. 1 shall dispose of the said representation within three months from the date of receipt of the representation, by passing a speaking order.
