ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) CM-22743-CII-2024 This is an application for disposal of the main appeal on the ground that matter has since been compromised between the parties. Notice of the application.

Mr. Sarvesh Malik, Advocate, counsel for the appellant accepts notice of the application and states that he has no objection if the same is allowed.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the main appeal is taken on Board today itself.

CM stands disposed off.

CM-22743-CII-2024 in/and -2FAO-2574-2023 (O&M) since compromised the matter and respondent No.3-Insurance Company has agreed to pay a consolidated amount of Rs.1,70,000/- over and above the amount of compensation already awarded by the Tribunal towards full and final settlement of the case.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant is agreeable to the said settlement.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off with a direction that respondent No.3-Insurance Company would transfer the said amount in the bank account of the appellant by way of account payee cheque/RTGS within a period of four weeks from today. Meanwhile, learned counsel for the appellant would furnish the bank details of the appellant within a period of 15 days to learned counsel for respondent No.3-Insurance Company in order to facilitate the transfer of the amount. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
