-.- ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Ambala to decide the Execution Application No.144 of 2019 expeditiously.

It has been pointed out by Mr. Hemant Bassi, Advocate that the land belongs to the Red Cross Society who was not impleaded as a party in the civil suit and now objections have been filed on behalf of the Red Cross Society before the Executing Court, which are yet to be decided. The present execution was filed in the year 2019. As on today, 4224 execution applications are pending before the Executing Court at Ambala as per the data available on the National Judicial Data Grid. CR-3483-2022 (O&M) -2Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to show any ground for this Court to pass an order expediting the hearing and permitting the petitioner to steal a march over the pending cases many of which are pending since long.

In view of the above, I do not find any merit in the present revision petition which is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
