Affidavit of Keshni Anand Aroa, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary and Financial Commissioner to Government of Haryana, Revenue, Disaster Management and Consolidation Department dated 17.3.2017 filed on behalf of respondent No.2 in Court is taken on record. It is stated therein that consolidation of the land in village in question was started earlier, however, could not be concluded on account of some objection raised by the right holders. Now fresh notification has been issued and the proceedings are likely to be concluded by 31.10.2017. Regarding other areas, where consolidation proceedings have to take place, it has been stated in para 7 of the reply that process for consolidation has already been started and the same shall be concluded by 30.6.2018.

CWP No. 2282 of 2017 -2Considering the aforesaid stand taken by the State in the affidavit filed, the prayer made in the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.
