Petitioner - Chand, an accused in FIR No. 122 dated 24.9.2019, for offences under Sections 147, 149, 186, 323, 332, 353, 506 IPC and Section 21.4 (i) of Mining Act, registered at Police Station Buria, District Yamuna Nagar, is seeking quashing of the FIR, pleading innocence and raising various pleas. The petitioner is stated to be on bail in this case and the matter is at the stage of investigation. The petitioner can raise all these pleas before the Investigating Agency, which can take those in consideration in accordance with law. As such the petitioner is relegated to that remedy. In view of the above, the present petition cannot proceed and is dismissed accordingly.
