(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision is to the exparte order dated 23.08.2017 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Batala in a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. bearing No. MNT-101-2016 titled as 'Minakshi vs. Lucky' whereby the petitioner-husband has been directed to pay Rs.4,000/- p.m. as interim maintenance to the respondent-wife alongwith litigation expenses of Rs.10,000/-. The present revision pertains to the year 2022. A perusal of the order sheets shows that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last 3 dates of hearing i.e. 26.08.2022, 29.11.2022 and 16.08.2023. Even today also, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is not interested in pursuing the present revision.
