SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) The Court has been convened through video conferencing due to Covid-19 pandemic.

Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.0186 dated 14.08.2020 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 337, 338, 427 and 279 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, however, Section 304-A IPC was added later on, at P.S.Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur alongwith all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). Upon instructions from HC Sita Ram, State counsel submits that the petitioner has been acquitted in the above mentioned FIR. In view of this development, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
