The petitioner alleges that despite eviction orders passed way back on 27.08.1993 by the Assistant Collector Ist Grade, Fatehabad against respondents No.8&9, the encroachment from shamlat land have not been removed in the Revenue estate of village Malwala, Tehsil Ratia, District Fatehabad. (2)
In our considered view, the petitioner and/or any other aggrieved person have got an effective remedy, namely, either to seek execution of the order already passed and/or to initiate proceedings under Section 7 of the Punjab Village Common Land (Regulations) Act, 1961 as applicable to the State of Haryana. (3)
