M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition, at this stage, to enable the petitioner to avail the remedy under Section 15 of the Insecticides Act, which enables the petitioner to file an appeal against the decision of the Licensing Authority. Disposed of as withdrawn, at this stage, being premature, relegating the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy of appeal under Section 16 of the Insecticides Act, within a period of one month. It will be open to the petitioner to raise all the pleas taken up in this petition. In case any such appeal is filed, it is expected that appeal of the petitioner will be considered by the competent authority by passing a speaking order taking into consideration all the pleas.
