(Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition challenging the enquiry report dated 16th February, 2016 submitted by Medical Board constituted by respondent No.4-Civil Surgeon, Hisar. Admittedly, during the pendency of this petition, fresh Board was constituted which was Maharaja Aggarsain Medical College, Agroha. Report therefrom has been received and has been sent to the competent authority.

In view of these subsequent developments, no cause of action survives in this petition.

Thus, further adjudication of the matter is not necessary. Petition is disposed of.
