0& &..%1 &  & /+ 1  2$12* 3   2.122% Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will be satisfied if respondent No.2- Commissioner of Police, Amritsar is directed to look into the representation dated 16.8.2022 (Annexure P-5), made to him by the petitioners in this regard and take appropriate action on the same.

With regard to the age of petitioner No. 1 (girl), her affidavit has been appended with the petition as Annexure P1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though, at the time of filing of the present petition, copy of Aadhar card of petitioner No.1 was not readily available on account of the fact that the same had been taken away by her father, GAURI SHANKER 2022.08.31 18:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticy of this document

  however, now she has in possession thereof and requests to place on record the same, which is take on record as Mark 'A'. As per the same, the date of birth of petitioner No.1 is 20.1.2000, as has been mentioned in her affidavit (Annexure P1). Further, as per Aadhar card (Annexure P2) of petitioner No.2, his date of birth is 20.2.2000. They got married on 16.8.2022 as per Marriage Certificate, Annexure P-4. Photographs of the marriage are appended as Annexure P-3.

Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, ))&.,3.+,4+ $% accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3. In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into the merits of the claim raised by the petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2Commissioner of Police, Amritsar to look into the representation dated 16.8.2022 (Annexure P-5) and decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law.
