The present petition has been filed under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to the official respondents for fair and impartial investigation, setting aside illegal closure of complaints, preservation of records and to take action against erring officials and to conduct investigation not below the rank of Superintendent of Police outside the District. It is stated in the petition that the petitioner has already made representation dated 17.10.2025 (Annexure P-6) before the Inspector General of Police, South Range Rewari, District Rewari raising the said grievances, but no action has been taken so far. 2.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.3- Inspector General of Police, South Range PUNEET SHARMA 2026.05.29 18.05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

Mr. Mohit Chaudhary, AAG Haryana who is present in Court, has accepted the notice on behalf of the respondents-State. At the very outset, learned State counsel submits that they will decide the representation dated 17.10.2025 (Annexure P-6). 5.
In view of the above, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent No.3 to depute a senior rank officer to consider and decide the aforesaid representation dated 17.10.2025 (Annexure P-6) of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from today, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law.
