**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No.92 dated 29.08.2023 under Sections 21(C) and 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 (Sections 61, 85 of NDPS Act added later on) registered at Police Station Khalra, District Tarn Taran. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case Allowed as prayed for.
