'' ) # Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 for taking appropriate action on the letter dated 28.02.2019 (P84) vide which SDO Quality Control and Vigilance Cell, Karnal has recommended the recovery of Rs.4,26,588/8 from Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, Dhurkara, Tehsil and District Ambala.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available under law.
