(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.138 dated 19.08.2015 registered under Sections 307, 337, 427, 34 IPC at Police Station Sadar Dhuri, District Sangrur. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Tarsem Singh, submits that in pursuance to order dated 05.10.2021 petitioner appeared before the trial Court and has been released on interim bail. In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 05.10.2021 passed by this Court is made absolute.
