***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Report from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre has been received. The matter has been settled between the parties. Both the applicant as well as respondent have agreed to part ways by seeking divorce through mutual consent. Also, it is submitted by the counsel for the respondent that the respondent shall withdraw the petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, which was sought to be transferred, before learned Trial Court, on the next date of hearing and the parties shall file the petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act.

In view of the settlement, so reached between the parties, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
