 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is not in touch with the petitioner and further the respondent-entities have already been closed and the claim of the petitioner filed under Section 33C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 was rejected on the ground of admitted claim hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to revive the same in case the petitioner is still alive and intends to pursue the present petition. Ordered accordingly.
