(Oral) Present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking directions to the respondents to complete the investigation and to present report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. in a time bound manner in a criminal case having FIR No.38 dated 24.2.2018 (Annexure P-1). Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Chaman Lal Pawar, Addl. A.G. accepts notice on behalf of State of Punjab and on instructions from ASI Umesh Kumar has made statement that four of the accused persons have been arrested while four other are found to be innocent and remaining four accused persons remain to be arrested and that police is going to file challan against the arrested accused persons within one month from today.
