( Through video conferencing ) **** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 04.11.2020 (Annexure P-4), by which she has been transferred from Panchkula to Bhiwani.

After arguing for some time, learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case, her case for adjusting at any vacant near by station is considered sympathetically by the government by passing an appropriate speaking order.

CWP-18943-2020 -2request/representation is made by the petitioner, appropriate order, by giving sympathetic consideration, will be passed and in case, it is found feasible to adjust the petitioner at any near by station, the same will be done by the appropriate authorities by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Learned State counsel further submits that in case any representation is made by the petitioner, the same will be decided at the earliest and not beyond a period of three weeks from submission of the said representation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, they do not want to press this writ petition any further.
