RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to conduct fair investigation in FIR No.613, dated 06.09.2021, under Sections 323/342/354A/376D/506 IPC, registered at Police Station City Narnaul, District Mahendergarh, with a further prayer to decide/consider representation dated 25.09.2021.

Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and at the outset submits, on instructions from SI Gunia Devi, that cancellation report in this case has already been prepared and the same is likely to be filed before the concerned Illaqa Magistrate within a short span.
