***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Counsel for the respondent, as per the instructions received from the respondent, submits that he has no objection if the present application is accepted and the divorce petition is transferred from Rohtak to Charkhi Dadri.

In view of the submission made aforesaid and taking into consideration the applicant to be not having any source of earning and two cases i.e. petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. as well as complaint under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, already pending in the courts at Charkhi Dadri, the transfer application is hereby allowed and the petition under Section 13(i) (ia) (ib) of Hindu Marriage Act, i.e. DMC/255/2024 titled "Gurander Singh v/s Sukhpati @ Suman Rathee", stands transferred from the Family Court, Rohtak, to the Court of competent Sonu 2025.05.19 15:19 I agree to specified portions of this document P&HHC

TA-846-2024 jurisdiction at Charkhi Dadri. The requisite record of the aforesaid case be sent by the Family Court, Rohtak, to the District and Sessions Judge, Charkhi Dadri.

Learned District and Sessions Judge, Charkhi Dadri, shall assign the said petition to the Family Court, Charkhi Dadri. Even, the parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Charkhi Dadri, within a period of one month from today onwards.
