(ORAL) Petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents No.3 and 4 to accept the application form of the petitioner for the post of Assistant Professor and seeking further directions to the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the list of candidates provisionally eligible for the interview scheduled for 02.02.2018 for the post of Assistant Professor in Department of Biochemistry and interview the petitioner along with other candidates.

Learned counsel for the respondents No.3 and 4 has produced the result of the petitioner who had participated in the examination of Assistant Profession in Biochemistry Department. As per result, petitionerDr.Asha Kumari has got 65 marks and one Seema Lekhwani whose selection has been made has got 67 marks and there was only one post there. The result is taken on record.
