***** G.S. SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) CM-7167-68-CI-2019 Applications have been filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased-appellants No.1 Shiv Lal and No.5 Ajit. It is stated that the said appellants had expired leaving behind their legal heirs as mentioned in para No.2 of the applications, who are stated to be the only legal heirs of deceased appellants. It is further stated that there are no other legal heirs of the deceased appellants except ones mentioned in para No.2 each of the applications.

Accordingly, in view of the averments made in the applications, duly supported by affidavits of Bhola Ram, same are allowed subject to all PARVEEN KUMAR 2020.01.07 11:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document phhc
