ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that the claim of the petitioner for regularization of his services has since been considered and rejected, vide order dated 12.03.2018. A copy of the said order has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing substantive survives in this petition and the same be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. And, the petitioner shall avail the remedies, as admissible in law, against the order declining his claim. Disposed of as infructuous.
