ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioners herein, inter alia, seek issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 17.07.2019 (Annexure P-6) issued by respondent No.1, whereby services of the petitioners have been terminated.

Petition was filed sometime in the year 2019 and till date no notice of motion has been issued. It appears that learned counsel for the petitioners does not have instructions to prosecute the present petition as is borne out from order dated 24.09.2019, wherein it is recorded that he did not have any instructions and this Court had passed orders to issue notice to the petitioners.

Office report reflects that barring petitioner No.8, all have been served yet none has appears. It seems that by sheer afflux of time the relief sought herein has become stale and infructuous/otiose. 4.

No grounds for interference both on merits as well as for non-prosecution.

Dismissed.
