(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the authorities concerned for extension of parole already granted or for grant of fresh parole. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is hereby disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case any such application is filed, the authorities concerned shall dispose of the same expeditiously preferably within a period of 3 days from filing of such application.
