Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that for the relief in question, petitioner unsuccessfully contested a civil suit and the factum of dismissal of civil suit has been concealed in the present writ petition.

Faced with the factual details disclosed in the complaint dated 11.09.2015 filed by the Chief Manager of respondent No.1-Bank, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition for want of appropriate instructions. Dismissed as withdrawn.
